Sod can be picked up Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 2 pm. Saturdays, by appointment only.

24-48 hour advance notice is needed for all orders to assure availability and time to harvest your order.
Prepayment is required at time of order confirmation. We accept Visa and Mastercard for prepayment with a 3.75% transaction fee.

Past due invoices shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month. If overdue accounts are referred to an attorney, you agree to pay our attorney's fee plus the cost of all legal action as an additional charge under the contract of sale covered by this invoice. Additionally, all interest and attorney's fees are sums owing in connection with the transaction. Long and Scott Farms is not responsible for the preparation of the location of the sod installation and will not be responsible for improperly installed sod.
NOTICE: CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNLESS REPORTED TO US WITHIN 8 HOURS AFTER ARRIVAL OF PRODUCT. NO ADJUSTMENTS CAN BE TAKEN ON THIS INVOICE WITHOUT A LONG AND SCOTT FARMS INC. TROUBLE CONFIRMATION.

Sod Orders are reviewed and confirmed by a human, please make sure your contact information is correct so that we can reach you to verify the order, prepay and schedule pickup. We operate with pallet exchange. Picking up sod without an empty pallet to swap will result in a $12 pallet fee.

Sod can be scheduled for pickup;
Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 2:00 pm.
Saturday mornings by appointment only.
